    Greetings!

    I was running the Catch Kathmandu free theme so far and decided to upgrade to the pro version. I bought it and downloaded it to my PC. Then I went to admin my website and added the theme by selecting the downloaded ZIP folder, but whenever I activate it the whole site goes blank!! It re-appears when switching to the free version again and it also keeps on working when I switch to one of the other free themes that show up in my themes section. This damned pro version however doesn’t work…

    This seems quite weird to me, especially as I am just learning to build a word press website, so I hope that someone can help me here. The URL is http://www.42dreams-photography.de

    Have you installed the Catch Updater plugin? Install the plugin and then install the theme. https://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/

    @carstenlorenz1968: Follow the following steps to install a pro theme.
    => Download Catch Kathmandu Pro from your Catch Themes member My-Account to your Desktop
    => Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel
    => Click on “Appearance => Themes => Add New”
    => Click on “Uploads” and Browse the downloaded file catch-kathmandu-pro.zip from the desktop where you have it downloaded
    => Click on “Install Now” and then “Activate” to install the Theme

    Let me know if this solves your issue.

    Dear Leslie, dear Skandha,

    thanks for your support. I tried the steps Skandha has listed when first trying to upgrade. I now installed the catch updater as Leslie suggested and closely followed the steps described in Catch Themes video tutorial for the updater but with the same result: The whole page has gone blank. What I noticed though: When going to the Themes-page the name of the active theme is not displayed. There is just three dots where the name should be. I am totally out of ideas now…

    I am having a similar issue but not with the whole site. I can’t get into the customize section of the theme (get e blank screen every time) but I can get into themes option section. All this happened after upgrading from Pro version 4.2 to 4.9.
    I followed all the instructions to do the upgrade and used the Catch Updater plugin to do it.

    I really need help because I need to make some changes that are only in the customize area.
