    Site link

I have a menu with a drop down menu item with 3 sub menu items. I would like to disable the top navigation from redirecting the user to page if clicked.

Media If clicked, brings the user to a Media page which I don’t want
    Gallery Works like I want
    Videos Works like I want
    Assets Works like I want

The customize> Menu does not have any options except for the menu item.

@hijacked: You can create a menu item with custom link to make it unclickable. Login to your WordPress admin. Go to Appearance => Menus
Add menu items : Click on Custom Links to expand it In the URL field, put a # in there. In the Link Text, put the name you want to appear.
Click “Add to Menu.” and save the menu. Hope this helps you out.
