To have the title above the Image in Featured Content section you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization so that I can help you out!

Thank you for answering. I am not familiar with a child theme. Never did it.
Maybe it is a good thing that first I read some documentation about this child theme issue.
