Whenever I activate the Polylang plugin, the whole site and menu go crazy stuff disappears or just doesn’t work. I’m sure it’s not Polylang, as I’m using it without issues on other themes. Any idea what might be the issue?/Have you had this issue before?

Please post in your site URL so that I can look into the issue.Kind Regards,

Here is the actual current site and what it’s supposed to look like: http://rebundance.com/

August 26, 2019 at 1:09 am #180430SkandhaParticipant@spades: Hello there,
I checked your site did not really find anything wrong. Can you please explain the issue you are having? The option to have normal menu is only available in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme.
Kind Regards,

I needed the client to be able to look at it and give feedback.
Let me know when you are on and have 10min to look at the actual thing and I’ll turn the language app back on.
Not upgrading to Pro just cause the language switcher doesn’t work. If anything, I’d rather use a different theme.

We don’t officially support Polylang so you may have some issues with it. Let me know when you turn back polylang on. Also you could try contacting the Polylang support as well.Kind Regards,

I turned Polylang back on: http://www.test-domain.sk/
The issue is it’s clashing with the Shutter Up burger menu, hence why I asked if it could be turned back to a classic menu. There’s nothing Polylang support can do, because it works on every other theme I’ve used.
Also, is there a way to add a description line in the header of other pages, like it can be done on the homepage?
August 28, 2019 at 7:22 am #180598SkandhaParticipant@spades: Hello there,
I checked your site but don’t really see any content. You don’t seem to be have Polylang enabled. The option to have a normal menu is only available in pro version of the theme and I have told you before.
To have a description line in the header of other pages you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
Let me know if this helps you out!

SkandhaAugust 28, 2019 at 7:44 am #180603SpadesParticipantThe site has content (you saw it all up before I activated Polylang wtf???) and it goes away once I activate Polylang (like it’s activated now) … that’s what I’ve been telling you from the start. It clashes with the theme’s burger menu, as both Polylang and other themes with normal menus work perfectly well together.
tl;dr: the entire content goes away with your Shutter Up theme once Polylang gets activated
But it seems like you have no idea how to figure out what the issue is, so I guess I’ll just use a different theme.
Thanks for nothing.
