    Hi, I’m trying out this theme and assembling other components with this theme. When using the Sucuri site check it shows just one notification/error:

    Site Issue Detected. Unable to scan the page. 404 Not Found

    https://www.petalrocks.com/wp-content/themes/catch-revolutionassets/js/html5.min.js?ver=3.7.3

    Can you explain what is the file that Sucuri is trying to scan?

    Many thanks.

    @59petals: Hello there

    Is your site URL https://www.petalrocks.com/? Can you please make your site accessible so that I can look into the issue?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Skandha,

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    I wondered if your developers recognise the page/file that Sucuri’s free online site check (<span class=”Wo6ZAEmESLNUuWBkbMxx”>https://sitecheck.sucuri.net</span&gt;) is looking for – Sucuri basically said the page/file cannot be found.

    Is it a missing page/file required or used for this theme?

    Kind regards.

    (I’ve needed to do something else on the site now and it’s wiped out).

    @59petals: Hello there

    I checked the Catch Revolution Free demo with the Sucuri Security Check and didn’t find any issues. Can you mention which file could not be found?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    Hi Skandha,

    The page or file Sucuri sitecheck cannot find is as per the original post:

    i.e. /wp-content/themes/catch-revolutionassets/js/html5.min.js?ver=3.7.3

    Kind regards.

    @59petals: Hello there

    Can you please attach a screenshot of the Sucuri sitecheck test so that I can look into it?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    How do I attach a screenshot here? (I tried Shift+Alt+m but nothing happens) I have a .png image file

    Alternatively if you have an email I can send it to?

    (The screenshot basically displays the same information as my original post – the page Sucuri displays cannot be found. I’m curious what is the page/file that Sucuri complained as “cannot be found”).

    @59petals: Hello there

    You can upload the screenshot on platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox and post the link here.

    This is strange as when I test using the demo link I get not error like mention.

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    Hi Skandha, I just wanted to let you know:

    1.  #305799: In the first original website (A), Sucuri reported that the page/file “cannot be found”
    2.  #305844: In a new second website (B), Sucuri still reported that the (same) page/file “cannot be found”
    3. In the same new second website (B), I changed my firewall plugin and ran Sucuri – Sucuri still reported the same page/file “cannot be found”

    3.1 In the same second website (B), I changed the theme from Catch Revolution to Catch Photography and ran Sucuri – no issues from Sucuri.
    3.2 In the same second website (B), I changed the theme back to Catch Revolution and ran Sucuri – Sucuri reported again the same page/file “cannot be found”.

    I will leave this with your team to troubleshoot.

    This is no longer critical for me now – I will stop using the theme. If you figure out do post an update here – it is quite curious.

    Many thanks and good luck!

    Hi Skandha,

    As mentioned earlier I have wiped out the original website. So, I have reinstalled the same setup on a fresh different website – which still gives the same Sucuri scanning result (I have to hide the name of this website, so the name is erased).

    Here is the image file:

    Kind regards.
