Your theme is awesome and so far it’s been great getting a website up for my daughter, but I’m attempting to use Smart Slider 3, and the slider breaks on reloads after going to other sites and the site shows the photos in a ling line down the page along with the file names after it. etc.

I did some checking and it appears the issue might have to do with Ajax loading. I’m trying to find an easy way to disable it for the theme, but no such luck. If you could please help direct me in some possible solutions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tikaram,

The url is: apmua.ca and it’s on that landing page the sliders are breaking. It will work fine one the first visit, but if you use the browser to go to another site and then return, it breaks the sliders and it never goes back unless I remove and add the sliders again. I’ve tested on Edge and Chrome browsers, as well as iPhone and Android phone.

@rtp000 :I checked your site and it looks like the issue is caused by the Plugin. Can you please contact the plugin support and ask them regarding the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can easily check whether the issue is caused by theme or not. Deactivate this theme for testing purpose and activate a default WordPress theme and check your site. If the issue still persists after changing the theme then it must be a plugin related issue. Let me know if this helps you out.

I did contact them, and they suspect it has to do with the theme using Ajax loading. In most cases, this can be disabled in the theme fairly easily, but not in this theme?
