Slider is only a few pixels tall, about same size as menu bar.

I have followed all instructions completely.

For Slider, please check in theme instructions page at https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-responsive-pro/#featured-slider and depending on the slider type you choose, we also have screencast.

Reset all settings to default. Even the demo slider is small height and does not change images. I have de-activated theme, deleted it for site. Re-installed via ZIP upload in WordPress. Same results. Installed it on another site and it works fine. What could be wrong with the wordpress installation that would be causing this issue? Is there a configuration in php that may need to be adjusted??

Both Sites running WordPress 4.7.5

One of you support people said to deactivate other plugins. This worked. The plugin that was causing the problem was:

JS Banner Rotate

Version: 2.0.2
Author: Eric Mann
Last Updated: 4 years ago
Requires WordPress Version: 2.8 or higher
Compatible up to: 3.5.2

We are running WP 4.7.5
