I have clients complaining all of a sudden that the Simple Catch Pro slider is no longer working in IE9.  This has been functioning fine, but has stopped working.  All cache has been cleared.  Another symptom along with the slider not changing images is that I can no longer see my default background texture as well as the dard footer background is gone.

When I switch to IE9 compatibility mode, it gets restored, but all did work well in IE9 native.  Also, everything is working in Chrome.

What can be going on and what can be done?

    Thanks!

    Here is the URL:  http://www.franstancatering.com

Strangely enough, the theme works perfectly if I go to the IP URL which is being forwarded to the above:

Hopefully, this should give you more clues as to what is going on.  I think the only thing I did when it suddenly stopped working is just change a character in the tagline title and re-published.  After that, al my clients started complaining.

    Thanks!

Actually, after some more testing, the theme is working on every browser including Chrome, Firefox, IE7-8, 10, but NOT in version 9 of IE.

    Thanks,

@shawnmandel: I don’t know how can we that. I have test in IE 9 as well. See this demo page http://catchthemes.com/demo/simplecatch-pro/ .

I see that there is text English | Français. Looks like you added this in the Header Code in the Webmaster tool. You are not supposed to add text in header code. That is for the scripts like Google Analytics, Facebook tracking code, Add this and so on.

I’m going to remove from the header to test.  Okay, is there another way to view the language switcher in the header instead of in the footer?

@Sakin:  I’ve removed the language switcher from the header and the theme still does not work well in IE9.  Same issues as before.
