Hello,

I just bought your Theme Simple Cath pro… unfortunatly the plugin Shortcode ultimate doesn´t work properly the Slider, the Spoiler and the Tabs doesn´t work. The pictures of the slider are shown seperatly one under the other all the same time… Same issue with the Tabs… they are shown on under the other… and teh spoiler doesn´t open… due to that the plugin works 100% on my other page I guess there is a conflict within the theme… can you help me?

And the other problem is that the theme doesn´t accept transparent pictures… it atomatically puts a frame arround it… probably that´s the reason for it… I like the frame but is there a way to deactivate it if I want to insert a transparent picture?
(Only in the footer it accepts the transperent ones… in the header and everywhere else not….)

Can you post in your site URL and explain then I can check for conflict with Shortcode unlimited.

Then for the image also send me the URL and then I will check in and send your custom css to remove that.

The problem with the Slider is that the pics don´t enter the slider! They just show up seperated one under the other. The Tabs it´s the same! The structure is there but if I click on tab2 or tab 3, … nothing happens. The informations are all shown in the first tab!
And the Spoiler doesn´t open! Also if I conigurate it to start open. The content doesn´t show up!

And the picture Problem is like I told you I changed the backgroud of the content to white but I want to insert my Logo in teh header and it always gets a white frame… but the problem exists in the content area as well…

Can you please change in the CSS the position of the titles? I want them in the middle. I solved the problem so far just with an HTML Code within the title. But that makes it quiet messy in the overview.

Ah and is it possible to put an Adsense advertisement on tp of the header? So that the Ad comes first and then starts the site?

I just check in your site and see that you have added in Meta Slider and it’s working fine. I don’t see like what you have mentioned.

Where is your tab item. I don’t see it.

About the white frame, the frame must be there in your logo. As We have added png logo in demo site http://catchthemes.com/demo/simplecatch-pro/ and it is not showing white frame. Can you check in your image.

If you want to remove the border, then you can add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.

To center the page title, you can just add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.

For Adsense advertisement, sorry there is no option to add it it above the header. You can add in header right sidebar from “Appearance => Widgets”. The only option to add it above header will be through Child Theme. So, you can build child theme and then in your child them functions.php, you can add in the following css where you can paste in your adsense code instead of <!-- Add in your Adsense code here -->

I didn´t put the Tabs and spoilers there because it messed up the site!

The picture wasn´t the problem… the same pic was transparent in the footer…. but now I just removed the border and it works, so problem solved for me…;)

I check in your test page and see your slider and tabs. But I don’t see the slider and tabs script to make that work. So, please check in with your plugin support forum and if they asked us to add in anything then we are ready to add it in next version update.

they have no idea what´s the problem they tell me it´s working fine on other pages… and I actually tried it with WP Canvas – Shortcodes… Same problem… it has to be sth. within the theme… would it help if I send you my log-in?

I deactivated all the other plugins already… didn´t change anything…
