how I can remove the Recent Posts section on the frontpage?

I only want the Header.

Unfortunately I can´t post a link, because the website isn´t public at the moment. Currently is hosted at a server here in house, without access from outside.

@tuberplays: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.home #main {
     display:none;
}
