Hi,
I am using the Catch Kathmandu theme (now version 3.7.1) with WP 4.5. After updating the theme, I can not see the header image (in the preview mode neither).

Is there a problem with the new feature about logos in WP?

@igarciadelamo: Oh yes, there has been a little bug in the theme. Our team is already on fixing the issue and will be fixed in the next update which will be released soon. We’ll notify you as soon as we release the update. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Hi I’m using the updated version 3.7.2 with 4.5.1 WP , but I can’t add an image in the header. Please could you write me the procedure to do that?

@sergio-colagrossigmail-com: Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Header Image then click on Add new image and select you desired image. Then click save. You can also adjust where to display the Header image with Header Image Location

Hello and thank you for your answer. But when I follow this path Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> I find below just the option ‘widget’ …there’s no ‘header image’ option neither other options like in the previous release…

@sergio-colagrossigmail-com: Do you have any plugins installed, try disabling plugins and check if the customizer is working. And please do check if the customizer is running in other theme (WordPress Core Themes).

Hi, I have the same problem. After updating theme and wp the header and the customizer is not there. In Customize there is only Widgets available in my child theme. It might be that the Customize now is in English, and my child theme translated to Swedish. Where can i translate the Customize so my child theme will find it again? Or could there be another solution?

@petralundin: I recommend you to disable plugins you’ve installed and check if it resolves. Have you tried changing the theme to default WordPress themes (Twenty Fourteen), if not, please do and let me know if the problem persists. Please check with the Parent theme too.
If you have translated the theme to Swedish, the customize options should be display in Swedish too if the translation file is complete.

I tried the parent theme, same thing there. I had to go back to a previous backup. So now I have WP 4.5.2 and Kathmandu 3.6, and its working again. Thanks.
