Is it possible post the page appears a picture next to the summary of the article? The theme featured picture is above the title. However, I would like to stay as follows: title, below the “two columns” highlighted image + resume of the post.

If so, this feature is already in Full Frame Pro version, I recommend you to upgrade to Pro.
