Keymaster@gordon30: Do you mean the update is working fine on firefox and issue is on android’s chrome only? If so, may be because of cache problem. Please check this demo of Catch Responsive Pro. No such problem, checked on firefox and chrome on desktop and chrome and default browser on android. Working fine on all.
Let me know if the problem persists?

ParticipantHi Mahesh,
I had reinstalled the backup from version 2 before you looked so that all works 100% on everything.
I have just reinstalled version 3.8 now. Again not working on chrome using android, there may be other browers&platforms with issues I’m not aware of.
I have cleared all cookies, caches etc.
What I do notice is it loads the pictures very briefly and then they disappear.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Keymaster@gordon30: That is kind of a strange, that should not have happened. Have you tested on other devices also? Please test in other devices too and please post in your site url. Is it happening on our demo site too on your device?

Keymaster@gordon30: I checked on the android’s chrome browser and yes the issue exist (two of four images loads in slider). But it is kind of strange, the demo is working fine. Do you have made any changes to the theme file, try disabling all plugins too.
Let me know further.Regards,

ParticipantHi,
No not made any changes to file theme.
Have theme running fine on another website.
Disabling the plugins does not sort the issue.
What about reinstalling wordpress? If I did this do I lose all my pages and posts etc?
Thanks,
