Hi.

Our password protected pages are not working.

Our host added a firewall to our site. Now our password protected pages are either not protected, or access is strange (enter the password and the screen just refreshes, but you can open some of the sub pages – but not all of them). I spoke with the host and they said this is a theme issue.

https://wellnesswarriorsboston.org/ –> I’ve removed some of those pages from the menu for now, but all pages under the MEMBERS should be password protected.

Help! This is rather critical!

Hi Skandha,

I’ve fixed it. I’m not sure why, but I had to add the password protection page URLs to the non-cache URLs list in the firewall. I don’t know whether this is a theme-related problem or a firewall issue, but at least it is now working! But I will have to remember to do that for each password protected page.
