A number of my subpages that are in a different language (Russian) aren’t loading and come up with the sign “page not working”
    My website is: http://www.explorercamps.com
    The two pages are:
    http://www.explorercamps.com/ru/parents/
    http://www.explorercamps.com/ru/terms-and-prices/

Any idea how I can fix this?

    Hi @Steve,
I checked your links and they seem to be loading fine. Maybe you have some cache issues of you have fixed it.

Thanks Pratik. I thought that is simply myself having such issues but it seems as though many of our current clients are having the same issue.

It ONLY occurs when the page is in Russian, not in English. Sometimes it works, other times it comes up that it’s not able to load it.

It’s really important that I solve this issue as now is the peak time for customers.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions

    Hi @Steve,
Did you use any plugin? It looks to be plugin issue rather than theme issue.

None of the translated pages are working now. It’s a large problem because a number of our big clients have been trying to access the site without any success.

How would I find out if it’s a plug in issue? Being honest, I have no idea. I believe that I’m using q-translate but I haven’t changed anything and it was working perfectly OK at the beginning.

I’m not sure what has happened in the last few months as I really haven’t been giving the website a lot of attention so haven’t been adding things at all.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have

    Hi @Steve,

I think you need to seek some professional help. However, all pages for me a re loading fine. No Page not found issue.

Can it be due to your system cache. Have you tried different devices? Access from different network?

    Regards,
    Pratik
