Hi Mahesh –

I was referring to filling out the “support ticket” form on your website. I have submitted two support tickets since paying for your support plan and have not received responses to either. Since filling out the support tickets I have figured out both of those issues. But I do have a few new questions:

In the Chicago Pro theme, is it possible to have two or more different sidebar menus? One that appears on some pages, and a different one that appears on other pages? I have one sidebar menu set up already and have it set to display in the right side widget area (http://eldertech.org/ui-design-best-practices-for-seniors/). But I would like to have a different menu show on the right side widget area in so new pages that I am planning.

Also, are there any Chicago Pro websites that you can point me to so I can see examples of how its different options work (particularly the sliders)?

@mjadkowskigmail-com: We are responding to all the tickets sent to us. We’ve inform the Premium Support team and they have responded you with an email please check. Did you receive the email?

Sidebar menu issue: Yes, this can be done. As you’ve mentioned you already have a sidebar set up on one page. I assume you’ve put it in the Sidebar Widget Area. Please set up new on on Optional Sidebar # Widget areas too then. When adding a new page, scroll down to be bottom, you’ll find Chicago Options. Click on Select Sidebar tab. And choose one of the option. On choosing, the sidebar menu of selected sidebar will be displayed. Hope this helps.

Sorry, we don’t have that but what you can do is, go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Featured Slider=> Featured Slider Options and select Homepage/Frontpage on Enable Slider on option to check the demo. Let me know further if you need any help.
