    I am wondering how come the sound of the custom header video is not on? Is it possible to play sound with the video?

    @aherla: Hello there,

    The Header Video being muted is a default WordPress Feature. If you would like to enable sound in your Header Video you can use our Header Enhancement Plugin. All you have to do it Install and Activate the plugin.
