    Here is my website http://www.hothomesutahcounty.com/

It is showing up in settings > general, in my header image preview as well as in my appearance > customize. I have searched through many different forums and haven’t found anything to fix this. Please help.

@tlvannoy: When we check in our server. It’s working fine. We are getting Site Title and Tagline. The site title and tagline will be empty only if you have empty Site Title and Tagline in “Settings => General”. So, can you trying adding in the Site Title and Tagline in “Settings => General” and click on save.

If you still have issue then let me know it. I will need to check in your server.

I have tried that and it still is not showing up. I am using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and there is just a blank white space when I go to the site. The site title and tagline should say, “Hot Homes Utah county” and then below say. “Utah County Real Estate Professionals” Let me know what I need to do. Thank you for your help!

@@tlvannoy: I see that the problem was from “SeoPress” plugin. To find that I needed to deactivate all your plugin and reactive one by one. So, please check all your plugin settings. For SEO, I recommend “WordPress SEO by Yoast”.

I tried to download that plugin but it is giving me this error. Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosoraweb067/b1121/ipg.saltlakehomesforsale/hhuc/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/

I have deleted all of the other SEO plugins.

@tlvannoy: Yes looks like you already have the folder “wordpress-seo”. You have to delete that folder before adding in the WordPress SEO plugin.

@tlvannoy: This folder will be in your server. So, you can either delete it from your server control panel or from FTP. If you are not know to this, then you can ask your server support to delete “wordpress-seo” folder and let them know about the issue.

@tlvannoy: I told you, you can get access either from FTP or from Hosting Control panel. Do you have access to any of these then you can reply me in email or why don’t you ask the server support to just delete it. They can do that for you.

I do not have access to either of those. I will see if the server will delete it if I can figure that out…
