There a Javascript error in your site which is preventing loading of our theme’s script properly. To be exact, your site has following javascript error:

js_value is not defined

This is due to plugins and my hunch is on a caching plugin. Does your site use caching plugins. I think I saw bwp minify plugin. Please deactivate this plugin and let me know how it goes.

Better WordPress Minify was the bad boy.
I deleted it.
I played around with some plugins and found: RS Head Cleaner Lite
I even deleted the plugin Cachify.
Pagespeed results are good.
