My META widget, I moved it to the top of the sidebar. I want users to see REGISTER and LOG IN.
I don’t know what “Entries Feed” or “Comments Feed” is, but when you click on them, it takes you to a page NO visitor should see. Also, why would my visitors care to see “wordpress.org”?

I would like this to look like this:
REGISTER/LOG IN to receive updates or to comment. (title instead of META first line)
REGISTER (second line)
LOG IN(third line)

@maresrmo: Hello Mare,
Meta widget is a default WordPress widget and it cannot be changed. You can use the Navigation Menu widget instead.
