    So, this code was working for me `#header-right .widget ul.menu ul {
    border-color: #EFB16A;
    }
    #header-right .widget ul.menu li:hover > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu a:focus,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-ancestor > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_ancestor > a {
    color: #;`
    until I updated to WP 4.0, and now the secondary menu color is still green. Any suggestions?

    @Highlander79: I don’t see color code in your css:

    #header-right .widget ul.menu li:hover > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu a:focus,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-ancestor > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_ancestor > a {
        color: #;
    }

    In this, if you want orange color then it will be as;

    #header-right .widget ul.menu li:hover > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu a:focus,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current-menu-ancestor > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_item > a,
    #header-right .widget ul.menu .current_page_ancestor > a {
        color: #efb16a;
    }
