I cannot get a navigation added to the header that allows me to edit it. I keep getting the message pop up that I do not have permission to edit this menu. Also, I can get some top navigation items, but it only lets me add one submenu, then the submenu option greys out. I have tried everything.
In addition to that the menu is only on the home page. When, from the front end, I click on the one submenu item I managed to get in place, it goes to the page, but with no menu.
