When I checked the site http://www.jrteamgolf.com on my iphone using google, the menu appears in modern format but when clicked the bars show a circle for a moment but do not provide any navigation. When I setup the menu format on my computer I selected classic format.

This seems to be due to the Events Planner Pro plugin that you are using. Please deactivate the plugin and check if the menu works.
