In customizing featured contents>select content type>featured page content
images of the posts dont get displayed when page content is selected .

but if i chose “demo featured content”, the images of the demo contents are being displayed

@ar_et : Under “Select Content Type”, you need to select “Featured Page Content”
Then, select Page in Featured Page 1, Featured Page 2 and so on
Finally, click on “Save & Publish”
It looks like you missed to select the Featured pages in Featured page 1, Featured page 2 and so on. Scroll down in the customizer where you can find option to select featured pages. Let me know if you have any further issues.
