ParticipantHi,
I use Catch Fullscreen (free), and Catch gallery.
I have a page of images, which used to enlarge once clicked on and then they could be scrolled through like a carousel. This feature no longer works. I’m hoping someone can guide me through fixing it up.
Thank you!
Kate

It now seems to try to load the carousel, but no image appears.

Participant@katejonesdesigngmail-com: Hello Kate,
Can you try deactivating Jetpack’s Lazy Images module.
Go to => Dashboard => Jetpack => Modules => Lazy Images => Deactivate
Let me know if the images in the carousel still does not show up.
Kind Regards,

ParticipantI didn’t have a ‘modules’ tab, I have the choice of Security / Performance / Writing / Sharing / Discussion / Traffic
Under Performance there is: Enable Lazy Loading for images, but it wasn’t activated.
The carousel is still not showing up.
Thanks, Kate

Participant@katejonesdesigngmail-com: Hello Kate,
Please deactivate all the plugins that you have activated except Catch Gallery just to check if the carousel not working is a result of a plugin conflict.
Let me know if the issue persists.
Kind Regards,
