Just installed Catch Box for a non-profit website but some people in our organisation report various errors (eg. logo in header not showing up) in IE8. Are there known compatibility issues?

    Thanks,

    Friedel

My site also doesn’t work in IE8. It works in IE9 but IE8 shows only a background color and crashes Internet Explorer. I’m using a child theme of Catchbox Pro. I’ll be interested to know what you discover. URL: http://www.crandelltheatre.org

@travellingtwo: I just check in your site and yes I see that you have issue in IE8. But if you check our demo site in IE8, you will not see any issues. Check this demo http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox/

The problem in your Site might be that you are using old version of Theme. When I check in your site, I see that you are using version 2.7.1 where as our latest theme version is 2.8.2. So, try updating it and clear your cache from your W3 Total Cache and check in. It should be fixed.

@Debra Gitterman: About your site. I see that you are also using old version of Catch Box Pro but then again you have modified the theme so much. I hardly recognize the theme. So, please check in your customization.

Well, I followed your advice and upgraded but that didn’t really help.

Now I see the logo on the front page, but the menus don’t work:

On the other pages, the menus are fine but no logo!
