    I moved from shared hosting to VPS, because of increased traffic and slow website.
    Uploaded all database and website files to VPS.

    Domain is pointing to VPS and SSL is installed but for some reason, wordpress said there was no theme and has not installed any of my posts etc.

    Has anyone experienced the same, and if so, how did you rectify the problem?

    @mckendrick : Can you contact your web hosting server and let them know about the issues. I will be ready to answer if you have any theme related issues. It looks more like a web server related issue rather than a theme related issues.
