I think there is something wrong with my account.
I created a new account a few days ago and I haven’t received any emails yet.
I have not received a confirmation of my account. Today I also bought a theme and I did not receive a confirmation by email about the purchase.
Can you check my account please?
PS. the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” doesn’t work for me either
That was the first thing I did.
I have also tried to change my email address from the WordPress profile page to test if there was problem with the initial registration. When I did that, I didn’t receive an email to confirm my email address. I canceled the email change afterwards.
I assume that beside the post updates I should have received an email when registering on the site and purchasing the theme? I haven’t received any of these emails in my inbox or spam folder.
