I want to add some submenus under a menu name. How to do it?
For example, under the menu “Terminology”, the submenu is “A”, “B”, “C” etc.

And how to control them arranged vertically or horizontally?

@Xianmin: For menu, you can build custom menu as per your need from “Appearance => Menus”. Then you can assign menu location as Primary menu from “Appearance => Menus => Manage Locations”. But if you want to add in your sidebar then you can go to “Appearance => Widgets” and add Custom Menu to your Primary sidebar and so on.
