Hi,

I was just wondering where I could find the settings to limit the characters displayed on the Homepage for the Hero Content? I am using the free version of SIMCLICK and have tried to find it during customizing the Theme. However, I can only edit the actual content without being able to update the limit of characters being shown.

@sophienj: Hello there,
The option to have Excerpt instead of Full Content in the Hero Content section is only available in the pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in the theme.

@sophienj: Hello Sophie,
To import the demo content files
You will need to use Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin and Essential Content Types Plugin to import the demo content on your site.

Install and Activate the plugin.
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => Click on Import to Demo Data.

Note: Make sure you have Simclick Pro theme activated.

Thank you for your help so far! I have imported the Demo and have activated SIMCLICK PRO.

However, it the Newsletter Feature was not imported.

Do you know how I can add the blog section (the one from SIMCLICK Free Version) to my homepage and also how I can add the Newsletter feature?

@sophienj: Hello Sophie,
For Newsletter widget you will need use the Essential Widgets Pro plugin.

To have blog in the homepage
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => Your homepage displays => Select Your latest posts and Publish.
