    Is there anyway to get the Header Video that we are using for the theme to continually run even after someone has scrolled down off of it. Or at least get it to automatically restart once you go back up to it?

    @rep: You can use our Header Enhancement Pro Plugin to autoplay the video with option to enable sound.

    But restarting the video automatically once you go back up to it is not possible. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer.
