I would like to add the social icons on the top right similarly to https://catchthemes.com/demo/high-responsive/
If possible please guide me.

Hi @radeko,

High Responsive theme uses Social menu. First make a social menu and assign it as Social Top menu. For that do following:

1. Goto Appearance=> Menu from dashboard
2. Create new menu
3. Add is custom social links. If custom links are not present, goto Screen options on top right and check on custom links boxes
4. Assign it as Social Top menu
5. Save
