Hi there
the header image is not showing up in mobile devices both in safari and chrome. I tried different coding and even changing the picture from a png to jpeg. please help!January 6, 2020 at 11:13 pm #232021SkandhaParticipant@surnsoul: This might be due to Jetpack Plugin’s Photon Module. Can you please try deactivating the Photon Module and see if this resolves the issue?
Let me know if the issue persists!

I can’t deactivate all the plugins because I use a lot of plugins for videos and picture galleries. Is there any other way for the featured header image to show up in the mobile view? For now, I had to remove the header image and just place the logo in the site identity. Thank you!

You do not have to disable all the plugins permanently. Since the header image is not showing up on mobile devices and it might be because of one of the plugins you are using. So to check if this is due to any of the plugins you are using you will need to deactivate all of them. Then you can check if the header image is showing up on mobile device. If it is one of you plugin you are using is causing the header image to stay hidden on mobile devices.Kind Regards,
