Hello,

the Featured Header slider makes some problems.
Can i use a slider plugin or widget with more editing features?
And how can i make a different slider in full frame, so it shows also under the navigation.

Can you try using the Featured Slider Option available in the theme?

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Featured Slider and Select the suitable option for you.
