Hi there, I’ve tried adding both the countdown and story, but the formatting is not working properly.

Each countdown element spans 100% of the width of the page.
For Story, I have the demo content live on my website — the vertical line that shows in the demo is displaying as a question mark, the images and copy are not displaying side-by-side as they do in the demo.

@tolsted: I checked your site again and still I could not find any issues. Please try clearing the browser cache at your end and try viewing the site from some other devices.

This is how your site appears at my end while viewing in mobile view and desktop view is also fine. I checked on chrome as well.

Hola estamos teniendo muchas complicaciones con cosas muy sencillas creo que el problema esta en alguna incompatibilidad.
Me gustaría no tener que molestar pero necesito solucionar.
Por otra parte e mandado para el presupuesto y no me an contestado.
Realmente pienso que o no funciona lo que dicen o no esta bien reflejado le agradecería que me proporcionara un manual de la estructura de la web para saber que es lo que realmente se puede hacer.
Su empresa pone conceptos premium que se supone que están incluidos pero cuando entro me pide actualizar no entiendo porque

The featured or even the theme is designed with the concept with use by a single couple and not by multiple couple. Every marrying couple can have their own site and keep the countdown as desired.
