Hello – I received a “Fix mobile usability issues found on [my Catch Evolution site]” alert message from Google Webmasters. The specific issues it supposedly found were “Touch elements too close” and “Content not sized to viewport.” When I go to look at some of the 20 pages sited, they look fine to me – only testing on one mobile device with one browser though. What I’m concerned with is the following from that same alert message from Google:
“These [20+] pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.”

So, although the pages it sited are fine in my view on the one mobile device & browser I tried them on, I’m concerned that Google’s analysis will affect my SEO. Please advise since I assume this has to with the Theme framework itself and not the content or options I’ve done.

[I’m currently on Catch Evolution Version 2.3 as I have not yet upgraded to the latest version.]

    Thank you for your help.

@Consciousness: Yes please update to latest version 2.4.1 and also send me your site URL so that I can check what is the issue there.

Hi – thank you for your help. I sent you the site and additional info with that.
Also I did just now update, and then I did “Check live version” via Google Webmasters and it is still giving the same citations as before the update.

@Consciousness: As per my knowledge we have optimized for mobile and in our webmaster tool there is no issue like that. Maybe it can with the customization, content, image and plugin that you have added in. Like you have share this button so close. Can you check in with Catch Box Theme. It’s so strange.
