Hi there,

I’ve been using Full Frame Pro for a few years now, and it’s been great.

Today I tried to upload a few new images to my Featured Slider page to update the site, and the Featured Slider settings are pretty much blank.. The only thing I’m seeing is:

Enable Slider on: Homepage/Frontpage

None of the other usual options are visible. i’ve checked all your forums, but cannot find a solution to the problem. My website is currently showing the featured slider, but that’s only because it’s using the previously uploaded images from when it was available.

Could you please help me resolve this?

I would also add, I’ve tried accessing through both Safari and Firefox, and coming up with the same issue.

I have exactly the same problem. Please help! I did so much customization to the template that installing it again and start over will be terrible. I hope there would be a better solution.

I have the same problem. Any idea to solve this?

Maybe i need to say, that i first used the free version. than i updated to pro version.

I also miss a few other possiblities for settings like “Site Identity” and so on.
