    For Featured Content, I would like the excerpt button text to read “Learn More About this Service”

    For Hero Content, I would like it to read “More About Our Firm”

    I would also like to change the color and hover color for the breadcrumbs.

    @jltash87 : You will need to create a child theme and customize the child theme to change the excerpt button text for featured content.
    Regarding hero content, if you select Content Type as image from the customizer you can add your desired button text.
    For Breadcrumb color : Please provide your site URL and the desired colors I will provide you the additional css. Let me know if you have any more issues
