Hi – website: http://www.wymondhammethodistchurch.com

I set up a page drop down from Town Green Centre called What’s On and have installed the events calendar for that page. However, it is showing up as Archive: Events on the image – and I can’t find the events page to change the image either? I’ve changed it on the What’s On page but that’s not having any affect.

It does say this on my dashboard: The Page “What’s On” uses the “/whats-on” slug: the Events Calendar plugin will show its calendar in place of the page.

How do I remove the text Archive: Events and change the image for it – is it stored somewhere else other than a page?

@mariannepurdy: Hello Marianne,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.post-type-archive-tribe_events .custom-header-content .entry-title {
    display: none;
}

I am afraid it is not possible to change the Archive Header Image with available theme options. You will need to find a suitable plugin from WordPress Plugin Repository which does that.

Update: I’ve managed to get it changed to just say Events. But I can’t locate the page to change the image. Could you assist me with that please? Thanks

I am trying to update the featured image on this page:

https://wymondhammethodistchurch.com/whats-on/

But the image doesn’t update. I have been able to update the featured image on other pages, such as https://wymondhammethodistchurch.com/life-events/christenings/ and https://wymondhammethodistchurch.com/life-events/funerals/.

Could you have a look and let me know why the settings on this page don’t seem to be updating please.

There is no option to select a featured image for archive pages such as the Whats on page.

You will need to find a suitable plugin from WordPress Plugin Repository which does that.
