Hi, I am unable to access Customization facility. The Appearance-Customization and Customize This Site buttons give me this message.
The defaoitejewellery.com page isn’t working – defaoitejewellery.com is currently unable to handle this request.
It happens after I install plugins (Contact Form 7 and Clean and Simple Contact Form) It works again when I deactivate the plugins. I have been unable to connect JetPack on this theme even though I have a valid wp.com user name
I am just starting with WordPress.org, I want a simple contact page, help please

@dara-w: Thank you for using Full Frame Pro. I would like to break down your problems for explanation.
1. Plugins Issue (Contact Form 7 & Clean and Simple Contact Form): I checked the theme installing both the mentioned plugins and everything is working fine. No such issue. May be the issue is due to the server (memory limit), try enabling debug mode on your site to check the issue. If it is memory issue, please contact the server to increase the memory limit.
2. Unable to connect to jetpack: Please contact Jetpack’s support.

Hi Mahesh, thanks for replying. Yeah appears to be a memory limit issue. I get this message after enabling debug mode:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/daradef/defaoitejewellery.com/wp-admin/menu.php on line 97
I’ve written to server, but just wondering if I can increase memory limit myself, somehow? Livin’ and learnin’.
