Premium Responsive WordPress Themes with advanced functionality and awesome support. Simple, Clean and Lightweight Responsive WordPress Themes
Hello, I recently had to change my site from a .com.au to .me site (datingstories.me) and I lost quite a bit of formatting in the process.
One thing which is no longer working is the blog archive page, which now no longer shows all the old posts. Could you please advise on this?
@theresem: To show all blog post in the page, there is 2 options.
1. You can edit your page and assign that page template as “Blog”. For this you will see “Page Attribute” box at the right bottom of your page editor.
2. Or you can add assign your Blog page in “Posts page” at “Settings => Readings”.
I don’t think I was quite clear – I don’t want to show the most recent blog, I want to show a list of all the blogs published.
Before I could put in the command [archive] and a list appeared, but after shifting across to .me that doesn’t happen anymore.
When I follow your suggestion, the latest blog appears but not the list of all blogs.
thanks
@theresem: The command [archive] is not theme shortcode. I think previously you had plugin to show that archive and now it seems like that plugin is not active in your new site. So, check for the plugin.
Hello, I have reinstalled the Archives plug in, but it is still not working.
Could you help, and / or recommend a plug in which works better with this theme?
thank you,
Therese
Hello Therese,
Now sure how you have added that. If that was working in old site then it should work in New site as well. Can you check in with Plugin Support forum.
