    Good morning some days many users, including me who is admin we can not comment on articles in the blog, how can I fix this?

    @barbato1978: What seems to be the problem. Is it you do have comment box but cannot post a comment or the comment section is not available?

    The comment section is visible but when you write and click to comment takes you on a blank page off the site

    @barbato1978: Are you using any plugins? If so, try disabling it and check if that resolves the issue. Please post in your site url.

    in fact, must be logoed to comment … but also from logoed does not work if you, too …

    @batbato1978: Have you made any changes or done any customization on the theme? Have you tried the same with the other themes? Please try using the core WordPress themes (twentysixteen) and check if the problem persists on not. If the problem persists, this is not a theme issue.

    Thanks but we tried with other themes and the comments work, I did not change anything about the original topic … we simply changed the subject …
    In fact if you go on our site toorminator.altervista.org mother will see the same theme that runs free.
    That’s why I contacted you just because we are not in charge …

    by a further check I noticed that even now with other themes the problem remains the comment … that you can not comment

    @barbato1978: If the issue is persisting in other themes too then its not a theme issue. Something must be with the WordPress installation or so. Please try with a fresh install of WordPress and the theme as well.

    Thank you so much for your time and congratulations for the theme! it’s perfect! money well spent, when it comes out the next theme will be the first to download it …
    Now I look for a solution to fix this problem for comments
