Hi All
I have been trying to import the demo theme via the demo importer but always get Error: Internal Server Error (500) no matter how many times I have tried.
– I tried to ensure all Catch Plugins are installed
– I tried to disable every plugin except Catch Themes Demo Importer & Essential Contents Type
– I tried to change wordpress limit / php.ini to accomodate 512MB ram usage
– No performance issue noticed (CPU & ram below 10% usage)
Hosting is done via Amazon EC2 @ Amazon Linux 2 AMI (HVM) (t2.micro) with Amazon RDS, php version 7.2.
Is there any way I can download Catch Sketch Free’s demo resources and do manual import? Unfortunately from FAQ & Catch Sketch Free page there’s no such resources available.. (.XML, .WIE, .DAT files) and it is not in the zip file either.
I would love to try it first before I actually buy premium skins but I am stuck at this step..
