    I am trying to use video for the Header Media but the video is not loading for mobile. Could you please support.

    @louay: Hello there,
    The Header Media video not showing up on mobile devices is a default WordPress Feature. To display Header Video on mobile devices as well please use our Header Enhancement Plugin.

    Hi,

    I’d active the Header Enhancement plugin and video showed in mobile but not no auto play, and once I click play it shows out of the website.
    I notice that I might need the Pro version of the plugin, but I really not willing to pay that amount for this. I already paid for Pro theme but for just auto playing the video, this looks disappointing.

    Please let me know how can I fix this matter. Thanks a lot for the usual support. (here link for the website: publco.com)

    Hi, Thanks for the support.
    It’s now showing but not playing the video without clicking play button. is there anyway to make it auto play ?
    and when I press play it shows as video out of the website.. pls let me know if I can fix this..

    it worked but the video is not playing as auto play, and once you click it plays out of the website.
    Please support, I see that I might need the Pro version of the plugin! which I am not willing to pay this amount at all. pls help with solutions. (link: publco.com)

    @louay: Hello there,
    The Auto play option is not available in the free version. If you want the video to auto play you will need to upgrade to pro.

    Thanks but with all my respect to everyone working here, this is ridiculous! it’s obvious to have auto video play and now asking to charge me more! I would defiantly not do that and rather cancel this theme and never deal with such business.
    the theme is pro version and again need to get the pro plugin for just auto playing! Hope you got my point.

    Let me know if you can do anything otherwise I will go with my option. thx
