    They there
    I use the theme “Catch Fullscreen Pro” and I just can’t find the reason for the following problem:
    Using a slider and other sections on the start page, it all works fine on the desktop. But on any mobile device I just can’t swipe up on the slider (whereas it works fine on any other section).

    Please check it out: http://5702711596392.hostingkunde.de
    (The images are quite jerky too on the slider on mobiles actually.)

    Any ideas?

    @jnocke: There seems to be an issue with swiping the sliders in mobile view. This issue will be resolved and an update will be resolved as soon as possible.

    About the images in the mobile view. The images will get cropped up in order to adjust with screen size. Can you elaborate actually what issue you are having with the images?

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    Hey Skandha

    Thanks for your reply and the hope for a solution for the swipe.

    For the images the problem is not the resizing but the background images are actually jumping around while swiping and the bg-image of the header shows problems Wulle reloading being cut in two for a second.

    cheers Jules …

    Hey Skandha

    I just realized the swiping problem also occurs on the testimonial Section on mobile devices:

    @jnocke: You seem to have added a lot of content in the testimonial section in some of the slides due to which the swipe buttons are not visible. Try reducing the content on the testimonial slide or reducing the font-size of the content.

    Let me know if this helps you out!

    Hey Skandha

    Hm, the longest entry has 21 words – not too long I’d say.
    You mean the references modul only works with little text or small font size?

    @jnocke: Since the mobile view has small width you are facing difficulty in swiping the testimonial section as the text if not fitting in mobile view. Maybe you could try using a small font size for text.

    Let me know if this resolves the issue.

    Shure it’s always possible to minify the font size – but this is not really a nice solution!
    Would be good if one could swipe this section same as all the others no matter how much content it holds …

    @jnocke: Maybe decreasing the size of the swipe button resolve the issue.
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    #testimonial-content-section .cycle-prev, #testimonial-content-section .cycle-next {
    	width:50px !important;
    	height:50px !important;
    }

    Try altering the size and check if this solves the issue.
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
