after the update to 4.3.4 the link at the headergrpaphic doenst work any longer.

I still reported it so we wait for the next update.

The Featured Header Image Link URL is only for post/page header featured image and not for the header image.
If you want the link to work for Header Image as well the you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization. Let me know if you familiar with child theme customization so that I can guide you. Otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
