    I got a video I uploaded and I also try through the YouTUbe link but black bars are appearing on both sides but I want it to cover the entire screen.

    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    @media screen and (min-width: 75em) {
	.has-header-video.no-header-media-text .wp-custom-header {
		padding-bottom: 530px;
	}
}
