Hi all,

No article pictures are show on the blog page. If I show the article then the pictures are displayed. But not on the main page.
I tried a lot of options find in the forum (exerpt, no exerpt, exerpt number of words etc) I didn’t bring it to work.

@yoda: Its because you are using excerpt, you’ll need to display full blog for that. Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Layout Option and select Full Content Display option in Full Content Display dropdown.

Hello I went to appearance and the settings are correct. When I share articles it comes up with a horrible grey person box and does not include my media image. This makes sharing horrible for me. How can I correct this? Thanks so much. It happens even when I share the link it does not bring up my small link image or image from the page. Please help thanks. @arurazagmail-com: I checked your site, seems the Jetpack’s CSS is causing the issue.
color: #777 !important;
Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS box and add the following CSS:

#sharing_email .sharing_send, .sd-content ul li .option a.share-ustom, .sd-content ul li a.sd-button, .sd-content ul li.advanced a.share-more, .sd-content ul li.preview-item div.option.option-smart-off a, .sd-social-icon .sd-content ul li a.sd-button, .sd-social-icon-text .sd-content ul li a.sd-button, .sd-social-official .sd-content > ul > li .digg_button > a, .sd-social-official .sd-content > ul > li > a.sd-button, .sd-social-text .sd-content ul li a.sd-button {
    color: #1982d1 !important;
}

Note: Change it to desired color.

@aruraza: Okay please skip the the reply above, I understand your problem now. Seems the issue is because of the plugin itself. Please try changing the theme to WordPress’s core theme and check whether the problem persists. If yes, it is not a theme issue. Please contact the plugin theme support instead.

@arurazagmail-com: Did the problem persist after changing theme? I assume the issue is with sharing plugin itself not with the theme. Please contact the plugin support.

Hello it does not matter how I share, via wordpress when using the theme and creating a post i.e., to share when I write a post or when I use my new sharing buttons. The result is the same, horrible grey box. I disabled jetpack so I should not need to change the theme. Please help, I cannot share my content with this result. See twitter page here: https://twitter.com/redrabbitskills This really prevents me from marketing my content and kind of defeats the purpose. I have had this problem for a long time and do not have it with my other pages and themes.

@arurazagmail-com: I do understand what you mean. But just to check whether it is a theme issue or not, I recommend to change the theme and check if the sharing works or not. If the problem persists, its not a theme issue and we’ll be unable to help on that. But if you do not get any problem on other theme, let me know, and we’ll see through it. And please let me know which plugin and version are you using?
