@ram108: Catch Box theme in build in HTML5 and CSS3 and you try to validate with HTML5 experimental test. So, it is not completed. If this theme has the issue with html then it will not be approved to publish it in WordPress.org

This is just a bug report with standard HTML5 validation and most of the themes in WordPress repository fail to pass the test. But it is easy to fix errors.

@ram108: You can try validating any popular site like yahoo, google, facebook, twitter and all HTML5 site. All will fail so this is quite senseless. This is only good to check in you have any missing divs or parameter closing.
