    Cant figure out one issue- on the trentgriffin.com I have a static front page set to show “blank ” (home) and have the post page as “News”.  When you click the “News” menu button nothing loads on the page. I even put test data on the page and it doesn’t load either.

    If I change the post page to point to another page, the test data loads on “news” page and the new post page is now blank.  

     

    At the moment I have a work-around with blog categories loading in a drop-down menu on the homepage.

    What am I doing wrong?

    @trentbuzz: Yes the best option is to add the category. I cannot see your setting so it will be difficult to guess it.

    Sorry- kinda new, dont understand what you mean…what category and where do I add it?

    @trentbuzz: You have already added the categories under new menu at 6FK and so on. I mean these categories.

    I have changed my Theme to different Catch themes to troubleshoot- and when I load those themes, the post/bog page is displayed correctly on the “news” page. I don’t have to change a single setting- all of my post in any category are there.

     

    When I switch back to Everest it is gone- what settings can I check? I have deleted the theme and re-installed it and nothing helps.  I can’t use it the way it is now.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    @trentbuzz: Not so sure what is the issue. Can you check your setting at “Appearance => Theme Options => Homepage Settings => Homepage / Frontpage Settings”. Check the Enable Latest Posts.
